This Section guides You to the english Trial Versions of the Spoc-Web Software for Download.

Make sure You read to the of the End-User License Agreement and choose to "Accept" only if You agree to it. Only this will take You to the Download Folder.

By downloading or running this Software, You accept this End-User License Agreement.

If You don't agree, do not download or use the Software.

Spoc-Web does not modify Your Computers Configuration!

Except for License Enforcement and Log-Files needed for Bug Analysis, it modifies only the Files in its Deployment Folder and the edited SpocWeb Databases. The Application does this only in direct Response to Your Actions.

Spoc-Web is a general-purpose software, not for any user's particular purpose.

You acknowledge the Fact that Software of reasonable Complexity cannot be free of Errors.

On Deletion, Spoc-Web only marks Data as deleted, it is still available. They are physically removed only by explicitly activating the Archive Function.

Spoc-Web also maintains a Set of Backup Copies to save Data even in Case of accidental or erroneous Editing.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Spoc-Web.com with regard to the copyrighted Software (herein referred to as "Spoc-Web Application" or "SOFTWARE") provided with this EULA.
The Spoc-Web Application includes computer software, the associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. Use of any software and related documentation ("Software") provided to you by Spoc-Web.com in whatever form or media, will constitute your acceptance of these terms, unless separate terms are provided by the software supplier, in which case certain additional or different terms may apply.

If you do not agree with the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, copy or use the Software.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, Spoc-Web.com is unwilling to license the Spoc-Web Application to you.

By installing, copying or otherwise using the Spoc-Web Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

This Spoc-Web Application is licensed, not sold.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
Spow-Web.com reserves all Rights not expressively granted to You in this EULA.

You acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Spoc-Web.com and/or its suppliers, and you will not acquire any rights to the Software, except as expressly set forth above.
All copies of the Software must contain the same proprietary notices as contained in or on the Software.
All title and copyrights in and to the Spoc-Web Application (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and "applets," incorporated into the Spoc-Web Application), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Spoc-Web Application, are owned by Spoc-Web.com or its suppliers.

Spoc-Web.com grants to you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the copy of the Software provided with this EULA.
Modifying, translating, renting, copying, transferring or assigning all or part of the Software, or any rights granted hereunder, to any other persons and removing any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Software is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, you hereby agree not to create derivative works based on the Software.
You may not transfer this Software. You may not not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services with the Software. Each each virtual computer, and the physical computer, is considered a separate computer and needs a separate License.

Paying Licensees are elegible for Updates and Bug Fixes with the same Major and Minor Version.

Versions are supported for a maximum of one (1) Year after initial Release.
New Major Versions require an Update and a new License Code to be obtained at http://spoc-web.com 
A Discount may apply to Upgrades for a restricted Period of Time.
If the SOFTWARE is an Upgrade from an earlier Release or previously released Version,
you now may use that upgraded Product only in Accordance with the updated EULA.

Spoc-Web will provide to paying Licensees the following support with respect to the Software:

• Spoc-Web will provide free Updates to the currently active Version when Bugs have been fixed. If a paying Licensee is not satisfied with the correction, then Licensee may terminate this Agreement, but without refund of any amount paid to Licensor or release of any amounts due Licensor at the time of termination.
• In the case that Licensee has technical questions in the use of the Software during the 1st year of this Agreement, Licensee may submit questions to Licensor. Licensor shall provide consulting to answer such questions without charge to Licensee up to a maximum of four (4) hours for each licensed program.
• If License desires to continue the Software support specified in this section, Licensee must enter a Maintenance Contract with the Licensor.

Spoc-Web.com is not responsible for the contents of any third-party sites or services, any links contained in third-party sites or services, or any changes or updates to third-party sites or services. Spoc-Web.com is providing these links and access to third-party sites and services to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link or access does not imply an endorsement by Spoc-Web.com of the third-party site or service.

You agree that you will not attempt, and if you are a corporation, you will use your best efforts to prevent your employees and contractors from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, translate or disassemble the Software in whole or in part.
Any failure to comply with the above or any other terms and conditions contained herein will result in the automatic termination of this license and the reversion of the rights granted hereunder.

The Software and support services (if any) is provided "AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge the Fact that Software of reasonable Complexity cannot be free of Errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spoc-Web.com and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any (if any) implied warranties, duties or conditions of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, of reliability or availability, of accuracy or completeness of responses, of results, of workmanlike effort, of lack of viruses, of non-infringement of third-party rights, and of lack of negligence, all with regard to the Software, and the provision of or failure to provide support or other services, information, software, and related content through the Software or otherwise arising out of the use of the Software.

Neither Spoc-Web.com nor its suppliers warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Spoc-Web.com and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Spoc-Web.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by a third party. In any case Spoc-Web.com's entire liability and your exclusive remedy under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the Software, if any, in exchange for the Proof of License Invalidation by the Software. These limitations do not apply to any liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable laws.

Spoc-Web.com may terminate this Agreement if if You fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

In the event any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in force as if such provision were not a part.
